Suggest Treatment For Scratches In The Shin Area

Hello, I have a very minor scratch on my shin from five days ago and have been using antibiotic ointment and bandaids the entire time and it is still oozing slightly and looks very pink and like a fresh cut. I have recently been diagnosed with Factor V clotting disorder and would think that even more so that it should be healed up by now. Is this something I should have my family doctor look at?
