Suggest Treatment For Seborrhea In A Child

my 7 month baby has seborrhea. it was detected since he was 6 months old. he has small red bumps on his hands, chest, back, legs, buttocks but i can see no dandruff on his scalp. Doctor has prescribed momisoft cream once daily. is it ok to apply it on him.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the seborrheic dermatitis then it needs to be managed with topical antibiotic and steroid in 7 months old child this is the best way of diagnosis "Beclomethasone with Neomycin is the best drug of choice, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
