Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Extreme pain can cause a vasovagal attack that lead to similar symptoms. But since he fainted and vomited you need to take him to the hospital to get an urgent ultrasound of abdomen to exclude internal hemorrhage which can be serious.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Salah Saad Shoman
