General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, seizures with severe headache may be in relation with intracranial pathology, idiopathic, alteation with metabolic status trauma tumors altered levels of neurotransmitters or others.

* Therapy depends upon the underlying cause:

- anti convulsant medications to prevent further episodes
- paracetamol for headache relief
- sedatives in case of uncontrollable seizures
- supportive care
- surgery in certain cases of grave pathology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
