General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a febrile seizure.
It is quite common in children and will settle by the age of five. Make sure that the body temperature should not go very high. If he develops fever, give paracetamol syrup and rub the body with water to reduce the body temperature.
Consult a pediatrician and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
