Suggest Treatment For Sensitive And Painful Teeth

Hi, I am 20 5ft 3 about 7stone.
I had a filling put in my front tooth as I had a small cavity about 5 days ago. Ever since the tooth that had work done has been extremely sensitive and painful. Where the anaesthetic was injected, those teeth are also hurting a lot, and my whole mouth just generally aches to the point where it is difficult to eat. It's as if i have toothache in all my teeth! Is this normal? What should I do?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The sensitivity in the teeth could be because of the deep decay or because of the improper base given below the filling. Consult a endodnotist and get it refilled. You can get a radiograph done to rule out whether the decay is involving pulp or not, if the pulp is involved then it has to go for root canal treatment.
The pain at the site of injection can be treated with topical anesthetic and analgesics like anabel gel. apply 3-4 times daily
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
