Suggest Treatment For Sesamoiditis Or Pain Underneath The Big Toe

Hi, I have recently been experiencing a pain underneath my big toe, it hurts when l run or play sports. Also when I am working. I have tried bending by big toe towards me, and when I do, It is very painful for me. When I try to walk on it, I also experience pain. It has been like this for quite a while, I think it s from a football match i played a few months ago.

I really appreciate your concern, condition of gout needs to be ruled out till then it can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, better to have some rest till it is being diagnosed the pain, arthritis could be another cause hope this information helps.
