Suggest Treatment For Sever Knee Pain In A Child
hello! my daughter is 12 yrs old and place soccer and volleyball. she recently is in a lot of pain when she come up from a squat position and when she applies pressure when walking. she states the pain comes from the back of her knee and around the knee cap. what can we do or should she see a dr?

There is a possibility of meniscal injury or tendinitis or muscle spasm. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Give her rest cold and warm compression.
If symptoms not improved please consult your orthopedician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
