Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal And Back Pain Post Taking A Misoprostol Tablet

Hello doctor my wife took kit of mifepristone & misoprostol tablet unwanted-kit before 2 weeks she got bleeding but still bleeding din get stopped. When it will stop and she got seviear stomach pain nd back pain. She used the kit at the time of 62 day pregnancy and when she I ll be alright when will bleeding stops

dear user
you should have consulted a doctor before taking the pills.
If bleeding has not stopped after 2wks, it can be due to incomplete abortion.
you will need further help in terminating the pregnancy by surgical means as medical termination was not complete.
please get an ultrasound urgently for retained products of conception.
please see a gynaecologist for urgent dilatation and evacuation(D&E).
in the mean time take care that bleeding is not too much.p patient is well hydrated.Give plenty of fluids,fruit juice,etc orally.
If the patient developes palpitations,increased heart beat ,giddiness,fainting or symptoms of hypovolemia and shock please hospitalise for intravenous fluid rehydration or blood if necessary.
