i have my period on 16th day i have abdominal pain for 3-4 days and i hade an ectopic pregnency my tube was removed now i feel back pain i fear does i have an ectopic again my blood test result was negative what is the reason for abdomine and back pain

There are several reasons for abdominal and back pain not necessarily meaning that it can be an ectopic pregnancy.
Since the blood BHcg is negative you are not pregnant.
You don't have to worry about it.
