Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Bloating And Diarrhea
Hi..I had a colonoscopy yesterday morning. . Passing only mucous and a Some gas cramps even now late today. Normal? Also, even though colonoscopy looked normal my systems before colonoscopy had been gas, cramps, bloating, with watery stools and mucous every other day. I seem to feel this today. Until the biopsies results come back for possible pathogens or parasites ..what diet should I follow now..SIBO or IBS? Thanks for any advise you can give me.

Your symptoms seem to be related to irritable bowel syndrome. I recommend using probiotics daily. I also recommend avoiding food that can trigger the symptoms and drink a lot of water. I suggest using simethicone medication to relieve the bloating.
