Hi im just done my 1st iui on 21 august 2016 i have few symptoms cramping and now today post iui 15 have period cramps as well.and i have check upt was negative and im on dupstan medi for 21 days twice daily to be cont. Please i need advise thank you.

First, you should see gynecolgoist to rule out possible ovarian issues or ectopic pregnancy. IF this is ruled out then you can take Perocet or ibuprofen for a start and see will it improve. Some other opiates should be considered only if there is very intensive pain and you dont have contraindications. Wish you good health. Regards
