Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Cramping And Pain

My fiance has a lot of abdominal cramping/pain. Has the feeling of needing to pee,but can't but dribbles. He has had blood in his urine a few times. He says it hurts like hell whenever he tries to pee. I am concerned that he may have some kind of kidney/blatter stone. He absolutely hates hospitals and trusts very few doctor's. I can't/haven/t been able to get him to agree to see a dr...any suggestions ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that he might be having acute urinary tract infection and even kidney stone as well.
Go for urine check up for infection and blood cells.
After reports your doctor will decide line of treatment.
Give him plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
