Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Bloating

I have pain after eating in my stomach when I am standing. When I set down it doesn t hurt. I have had two surgeries recently due to a seroma with MRSA. I am wondering if this surgery has effected my digestive tract and why I am in pain and bloated all the time. Thank you
