Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Chlamydia

Hi, I was recently in hospital for four days due to extreme abdominal pain which mimicked period cramps. They though it was ovarian cysts or endometriosis. They did find out that I had chlamydia (I am now medicated for this) however while I was in there having ultra sounds and examinations they told me that there is an 18mm cyst or follicle adjacent to the right ovary. It is anechoic and does not demonstrate vascularity. There is a small amount of free fluid in the right adnexa and in the pouch of Douglas. The left ovary has not been positively identified. And the left side is where all my pain was. I was just wondering what this all means?
