Hello,
You are suffering from severe
abdominal pain after taking meal. The pain you feel is in the center of your chest and it continues for 60-90 minutes. It subsides after passing gas. You are suggested to stop taking oily spicy food, fried food,
trans fat, full fat dairy products, red meat that is hard to digest, do not skip meals. Take home made food, prefer to take boiled food with a dash of olive oil. You can take berries, fruits and veggies that are well cooked. Your symptoms may be indicative of developing ulcer (peptic or esophageal).
You can take Pantoprazole- Pan-40mg, one for 5-7 days for relief from developing
acid reflux /
gastritis /
GERD, etc. However, such symptoms may also be indicative of developing coronary
artery disease, CAD. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get all required blood tests, CBC,
urinalysis and imaging tests done. Your GP may refer you to a cardiologist to get clinically examined and get all Lipid function tests and require imaging tests done. You will be treated accordingly. Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
