Hi,

Bladder infection is known to cause abdominal pain after completing the course of medicine. Please get a follow up urine culture to know the eradication of infection and USG abdomen to know the remnants of the infection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bheemaraya D., Internal Medicine Specialist
