Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain , Fever And Chills

My 24 year old son had a gut ache yesterday, no appetite,no fever, no diarrhea or vomiting. More painful on right side. Later that night fever/chills. Woke up in am no fever, low energy, and reduced pain on right side, but still there. Tried the rebound pain test over appendix site. Just tender.

Hi

Pain in the right side of the abdomen could be because of many reasons like urinary tract infection, renal or uretric calculi, choleycistitis, appendicitis, or non specific colitis. Get urine examination and ultrasound done for proper diagnosis. Meanwhile you can give him antispasmodics which will reduce the pain.
