Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain For A 40-year-old Female
Hi dr my mother is 40yr. She is suffering with sevior abdiminal pain nd white discharging daily she went for ultrasound 15th of this month the results found uterus anteverted. Normal in size and echotexture. Measures 76x 36x 43mm. Endomerial echo about 8mm. Impression -Cervix bulky ? Hypertrophic. And they send sample for one test and said that report comes aftr 1week. Is there any cance with this syptoms sir pls let me know thank u sir
You are having a bulky cervix region. For that, you might probably be investigated for pap smear or cervical biopsy after the pelvic examination.
The bulky cervix can occur because of infection as well like sexually transmitted illness. The vaginal swab can be taken for culture if needed. You can revert back with reports once done.
