Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain In A Child
My 7 year old has on going stomach pain that came and went for about a week, now in week two pain is only during the night. He doesn t have a fever or vomiting but feels nausea and moans in pain when it gets bad, and wakes up nightly, but then come morning he is fine until about 1am the next night.

Consult a pediatrician and get evaluated. You can go for an ultrasound to make a diagnosis.
We have to rule out possible causes like gastroenteritis also.
