Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain In An Elderly Person

My father is 82 yrs ild having a severe abdominal pain for last feq hrs. It will rake a few hrs to take him to hospital. He is a sleep apnea patuent wih a remaining lung capacity if 700 ml. Can we give him meftal spas to relieve him.of the pain till he gets to hospital?

I prefer an antispasmodic drug than Non-Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID) MEFTAL SPAS. it can be a gastric perforation in this elderly case and NSAID ARE NOT INDICATED.
