Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain, Vomiting And Bladder Infection

I m looking for some advice please, i took my mum to our A&E department who sent her to the GP at the local hospital on Monday as she was having severe abdominal pain and vomiting. She was diagnosed with a bladder infection and given anti-biotics and anti sickness tablets. I have spoken with my mum today and she still is in excrutiating pain and still keeps vomiting. I am worried as to whether it is just an infection or if there is something more underlying. She is unable to keep any food/water down and also due to vomiting her anti-biotics are not working as she is sick usually straight after taking them. What can i do?

I CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN
here I would like to know your mom age , previous existing diseases like diabetes ,BP,kidney diseases
so don't worry important thing is site where she is getting pain

I would like to suggest to undergo once with whole abdomen ultrasonography

recurrent vomiting leads to dehydration and drowsy

so she need fluid replacement along with antiemetics like ondamsetron ,PPI like pan 40mg

if reports shows abnormality follow according to diagnosis

plz maintain on fluid replacement till then ..ok .

regular monitoring bp also helpful ok. take care ..
