Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain With Nausea And Headache
I have had a few different symptoms that may or may not be related. I have pains in my stomach. Some lower and some more on the sides. I have pains in my left leg sometimes that wakes me up. I also have been feeling nausea off and on and headaches. It is so hard to pinpoint and describe but I know I am not feeling well.

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. Consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan to look for any possible intra-abdominal mass or tumor.
