Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have occasional bouts of severe Abdominal pain in which I wind up in the ER. All CT SCANS, X-RAYS are always fine. After they give me IV pain killers I get better in about 12-24 hours. Any thoughts as to what this might be. The Drs in the ER are baffled. I had partial bowel removal 4 years ago due to an obstruction but these occrances are not an obstruction- no distention, no vomiting.

So don t worry about that episode of abdominal pain. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
