Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

I had this severe abdominal pain last week. Then i was sent to hospital. I have an x-ray & ultrasound, and found out that my right kidney and ureter are swelling. They said I had mild hydro-nephrosis at hydro-ureter. Accdng to the nephrologist, maybe it was caused by a small kidney stone. Then he gave me prescription medicine, an antibiotic, magnesium citrate, painkiller, & an antispomadic(?), to be taken for 1week. After 2 days, I had an IV-urography. And he said it is already clear just continue taking the medicine. Now, its been a week since i was taken to the hospital. But sometimes, I can still pain from where i had it before. Although it was not as severe as before. It usually happens when i drink chocolate drinks. Does this happens normally to people who had hydronephrosis? Because i am really worried that its been a week, and i have to stop taking the medicine.
