Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain
yes, I have been having extreme abdominal pains that are almost debilitating. I ve been nausous, and have been feeling fatigued lately. I have extreme crampsand bleeding during my cycle like I ve never had before, and I have vomited lately. What could this be?

Hello,
It may be due to chronic gastritis. For that, you can take tablet pantoprazole, syp Mucaine gel after consultation. For nausea, take tablet ondensetron. Avoid hot and spicy foods. Take light foods. For pain, during periods you can take tablet Ibuprofen.
