Hi,

I can understand the problems that you have to face due to social circumstances. It is 2 months that your left upper and mid abdomen has pain and that goes to the back. You have not mentioned about the reports of blood, urine and X-ray but understand they thought of Pancreatitis and it is not there now.
You also have pain and vomiting of stomach acid and bile almost daily.
This may indicate severe gastritis as a possible cause and thus needed to take a PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone round the clock in full dosages.
Also take Antacid every three hours particularly when on empty stomach.
Go for soft bland diet, continue with plenty of fluids but avoid citrus fruits, chilly and spicy foods.
Watch for any intolerance to specific foods and beverages so that these can be stopped altogether.
You may need at least an ultrasonography and Upper GI Endoscopy to get a proper diagnosis so that a guided treatment can be completed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. T Chandrakant,
