Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

Hello, I am a 59 year-old female in overall good health. I rarely get upset stomachs or experience abdominal pain, but I do have some very mild upper abdominal discomfort. I don t even need pain medication, but the discomfort is just there and on a scale of 1-10, the pain level is a 1. Any ideas?
