Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

My stomach has felt crampy with pain in the middle to lower part since Tuesday night. I have a bad stomach as it is and I know what foods I can and cannot eat. I have been following my diet and have not eaten anything out of the ordinary. The pain gets worse when I move but it is not debilitating. Should I go in?
