Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

I had a miscarriage on Dec 13th, I was 11.5 weeks along. The last few days I have had a brown & white/creamy discharge. Tonight I have abdominal pain. But it is different than cramps or labor. But it s low in the abdomen. Am I getting an infection? Or is this normal?
