Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne And Scars

hi i have severe acne problem after my wedding just 2 month my skin was good then i got so many pimples ,went to dermatologist ,he suggested me to apply Glocin Gel in the morning for 2 hour and Femcinol Gel at night before bed for 2 hour and he has given me face wash and medicine also.its been 10 days i am doign it regular but did not find any difference,daily new pimple pop up and its leaving marks.i am so disappointed and have changed 2 doctor till now,but nothing seems to be working.my doctor says it will 4 month of time to recover.how to keep that much patience when i am not finding 1% diffrence after applying these many gels and medicines.please help me

I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
what is ur age? For how long u are suffering from it? Any medicine u are taking?
As far as treatment is concerned, so far the best treatment is ACCUTANE . it has to be taken orally and duration of treatment is about 4 to 6 months but the results will be evident within a month.Treatment with antibiotics has got recurrence issues.
You should discuss it with your doctor so that you can be properly managed
you should not peel the pimples and do not use towel to face. avoid sweet foods. continue with your face wash and gel.
Scars, on the other hand , take time to go away. At present you should not be concern about these. they will slowly fade in year time.
Meanwhile stay calm
