Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your symptoms, You have Bleeding from the anus or
rectal bleeding . Which is a very common symptom. Up to 15% of adults have seen blood on their toilet paper.
As a general rule, bright red blood means that the bleeding has come from the area around the anus. If the blood is darker, it usually means that its origin is a bleed higher up the digestive tract.
Bleeding can be due to following reasons
1. Hemorrhoids( piles) is most common reason. They are swollen blood vessels in the
rectum or anus.
2.Anal fissures- a tear sometimes caused due to hard stool passage
3. Rarely it might be symptom of
colon cancer
People who eat foods low in fiber are prone to
constipation and also to Fistulas & hemorrhoid symptoms
Patients with a history of bleeding should undergo
sigmoidoscopy to rule out the presence of a tumor
Take more fibrous foods like raw vegetables and fruits specially citrus fruits.
Don't make more force during defecation. Laxative intake will be helpful if constipation is there
If problem persists, you should visit a Gastroenterologist
Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
