Suggest Treatment For Severe Anemia Due To Extremely Heavy Menstruation

I have severe anemia due to extremely heavy menses. I was diagnosed with mono one month ago and now I am having some concerning moderate to severe dehydration. I am wondering when or if I should go in to the ER and get Interveinous hydration. I am not a frequent flyer to hospitals or ER s but, I know something isn t right. I am trying to drink Pedialyte but, I don t think it is helping. Just started throwing up. Very weak and fatigued. Is it time to go in or should I just rest and keep taking my fluids? I have a GYN appointment scheduled and they also want to do a colonoscopy. What is happening? Should I panic?
