Suggest Treatment For Severe Ankle Cramps

I am 58 yr I have severe cramps that start in speak that are so bad it will distort them they will look like their break and they will go into poses that are almost humanly impossible for hours there s no cold you can put no heat you can put we literally have to put a tourniquet on my ankles to cut the circulation off

Severe ankle spasms could be caused due to muscle cramps.
It may happen because of the following reasons:
1. Calcium deficiency.
2. Poor blood supply or venous drainage and lactic acidosis.
Kindly get your serum ionized calcium levels checked along with Color Doppler of the lower limb.
Depending on the investigation outcome, you can be appropriately treated.
Kindly consult Orthopedician in this regard for appropriate management.
