Suggest Treatment For Severe Ankle Pain

Hi, I have had 5 ankle surgeries on my right foot, also the last surgery was to reshape my foot with 5 pieces of metal to keep my ankle from turning out. I am 2 years post that surgery and am in extremes off and on pain and had a MRI but have to wait to see my dr. The MRI says severe perineal tendinopathy and tenosynovitis with possible dynamic tendon subluxation b

After going through your query I concluded that you are having severe tendinitis of peroneal tendons at ankle. Its treatment is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. I sometimes give local injection of triamcilone in tendon sheath for it with good results. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
