Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety And Depression

Hi... I have been diagnosed in the past with anxiety and depression; have not had any symptoms for about three years. Right now I m in a very difficult family situation, with a lot on my shoulders. Have slipped into it depressive state; but there are periods of time when I feel fine… Sometimes almost euphoric. . Haven t experienced this swing during previous times when I was depressed. Can depression present that way?

ya it may be present when you are busy with some activity you may be euphoric but when you alone you may feel depressed.
