Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety Mediated Nausea

I suffer from severe anxiety which in turn causes nausea. I take amprazalom 2mg. three times a day. I also take phenergan for the nausea but it rarely helps. Lately the amprazalom is not working like it did either. This has been going on for a very long time. Is there anything I can do to feel peaceful again?

Hi , for your anxiety symptoms only alprazolam will not be sufficient ,another drug like selective serotonon reuptake inhibitor group should be added and long acting benzodiazipine like clonazepam should replace alprazolam. Don't worry you willl definately feel peaceful again.rabeprazol domperidone domperidone combination can be added for 2 weeks along with above drugs.your thyroid status need to be checked.so consult your psychiatrist for proper dose adjustments.
