Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety
I have asthma.. suffered from broken heart syndrom two years ago.. thought I was having an asthma attack...found out it was heart attack from stress ... I woke up last nite couldn t catch my breath... almost felt like a anxiety attack but not sure ... Could it be anxiety... I lost my son a year ago this april... my friends son hung himself and I was stressing with going to his funeral ... It almsot felt like it did the night i had heart attack or broken heart syndrom...

First of all some drugs that are used to treat asthma can cause anxiety such as Salbutamol and other Beta 2 against because these drugs stimulate the sympathetic nervous systems resulting in vasoconstriction of the blood vessels and airways.
Oral corticosteroid can cause anxiety.So the adjustment of the dose with your doctor can be helpful.
The hormonal therapy for contraception or replacement therapy can affect your mood and influence your emotions,so if you take it you should ask a gynacologist for help.
The treatment of anxiety is divided into a medical treatment such as Buspirone 10 mg.the starting dose should be half a tablet before breakfast for 3 days, then add half a tablet every 3 days before meals until you reach 30 mg per day.
The psychotherapy can help with your case besides medical treatment.
