Hi,

The treatment of choice for symptomatic aortic stenosis is to optimise your Medical Management with adjustments to your blood pressure and cardiac medications and if no improvement over the next 3 months then valve replacement. Which medications are you taking? Have you seen a Cardiac Surgeon for evaluation for possible replacement. These days it can be done through a peripheral vessel and is very minimally invasive.

Hope I have answered your query. I will be happy to discuss it further if you are interested.

Regards,
Dr. Sadaf Mustafa
