Suggest Treatment For Severe Arm Pain

Hi, I have an issue with my right arm where it s painful to grasp items, resulting in limited strength in my grip. For example, I get pain in the top / outside of my forearm (mid forearm to the elbow) just from lifting a glass of water, or shaking hands when I meet someone. Could you tell me what this might be, and how I can correct it? Thanks
