Suggest Treatment For Severe Arthritis Pain
Hello, I survived 15 major surgeries, including 2 reconstructive spine surgeries and I have a lot of physical challenges everyday. I do have bad arthritis, too. I don t like taking pain pills and I m looking for a way to be healthy again. Thank you!

You may have good relief with physiotherapy like IFT [Interferential therapy] and TENS[Transcutaneous electrostimulation] along with ultrasound.
So if possible you can start that.
