Hello,
You have a history of Asthma &
shingles. Since you have asthma, stay away from addictions(smoking, drugs, alcohol, etc).
Consult a GP, get physically examined & get long term control medicines as well as medicine for short term relief.
Bronchodilators & steroids are effective. Stay away from pollution, dust, pollen, allergic food & stress. Emotional & physical stress often trigger asthma.
Take adequate sleep & stay relaxed. Since you have shingles & now have itchy rashes spreading all over. Get examined in ER or by GP. It could be Herpes Zoster(a complication of shingles).
You can apply
hydrocortisone cream on the rashes for relieve. Take care of your diet, do not eat junk food.
You may need a course of oral antibiotics/antivirals & immediate medical support. Get treated at the earliest. Neglect may result in a complication, Postherpetic
neuralgia.
Take food rich in vitamin B6, B12,
folic acid along with minerals like calcium,
magnesium & zinc. Stay well hydrated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
