I am relatively in good shape, athletic, and active, but it seems recently my body aches constantly specifically more muscle ache and very tight in my back. I wake up with a very sore back and my legs, upon standing in the morning, are just achy. I get very sleepy after I eat and seem to lack energy. i have tried massages to help alleviate the sore back. I even started getting A shooting tingle sensation down my left arm but only when I put my arm in certain positions. That has slowly gotten better. Any suggestions on what I should be doing, let me know. My last physical was in March 2015, normal blood work was done including cholesterol, checked Vitamin D deficiency
