hi i have severe pain in my upper right hand side back whitch goes down my right arm the pain in my back gets worse when i move my right arm it also hurts me when i try to breath in big breaths it dosent matter how i sit or laydown it dosent go away i have tried to take 60 mils of codine and cocodamol and they dont seen to touch the pain i also have got my partner to rub my back and its not helping i am crying with the pain its that bad what can it be and what can i do
