Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain With Diarrhea And Vomiting

I am currently experiencing very bad back pain in the middle of my back. Additionally, I just nearly passed out while lying down. I have had diarrhea for the past week and am on my fourth day of treatment on Cipro. I am also nauseous but not vomiting. Should I go to the ER?

Hello. This may be dehydration and electrolyte imbalance so it would be best to get to the ER to see if you need IV fluid resuscitation. The nearly passing out worries me so please play it safe and see a doctor right away.
