General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to muscle sprain.

For that you can take tablet acetaminophen. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally. Do regular physiotherapy.

In case of not getting relief you may require MRI back after consultation. Avoid forward bending and squatting position

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
