Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain
Please can you advise to my situation I have had two discectomys after corda equiness , but am still experiencing sciatic and back pain I am due back to work ( enrolled nurse ) in aged care Any ideas on how to improve my health issues Regards Lib Nolan

I suggest starting with over the counter option like Ibuprofen.
If the symptoms continue you may use prescription painkillers such as pregabalin.
