Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain
I strained my back about 7 days ago...I went to e.r....and was diagnosed with back strain then went to my pcp and was diagnosed with lumbar sciatica he gave me gabapentin and o00 mg Motrin...I am in misery....I m am still in pain and nothing is helping...please help me!

Physiotherapy is effective in sciatica as the per the research studies. Therapy including - therapeutic ultrasound therapy, TENS therapy, and core stability exercise. I will advise you to try physiotherapy.
