Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain
Hi I was diagnosed with E. coli 2 weeks ago first anti biotic didn t help was given Levi Quinn for second round 5 days ago and I felt a pop in my back now I m in a lot of pain. I have a pain pump for my back already but this is a different kind of pin and the meds in it are not touching this pain at all help!!!!!

It may be a generalized body ache as a part of the bacterial infection.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief. Nothing much to worry as the pain will settle in a couple of days with conservative management.
