This is a case of L sided sciatica probably secondary to disc prolapse.( ivdp) The severity of problem needs to be evaluated by an orthopaedician and if needed may need thorough investigation by an MRI Scan. This wil confirm our diagnosis and we will be able to decide further mode of management . But for now, just continue complete bed rest with analgesics and neurotonic drugs.
